What an Experience!!

Here lately all I have been doing is working, cleaning house, working, cleaning house, and I decided to change things around a little bit, and start enjoying my life. Summer is half over, and I haven't even stopped to smell the sunshine yet. I told my husband, that we are going to start taking breaks, and doing some fun things. So, I made plans to take the kids to Kokomo Beach on Friday, with some friends. And sure enough, before I can even leave the house, I slip and fall trying to get out of the garden tub, and injured my leg. But being the trooper that I am, I put my bathing suit on, and headed to Kokomo with a carload. All I can say, is that we had the time of our lives!!! I laid in a tube and floated the lazy river all day. The kids were laughing, I was happy!! What a day!!!!! Once I got home though, I felt as if I could cut my leg off. I was hurting so bad, that I ended up in the ER. I found out that I might have torn the Medial collateral ligament in my knee, and I also had a fracture in the ball-joint of my big toe. I left the ER with an immobilizer wrapped around my leg, and a boot on my foot. What a pretty site. So much for my new start on enjoying my life!!! I can guarantee it won't keep me down!!! Hmmmm, what am I going to do next???????????????????? Here are some pictures from our trip!!!!
